Welcome to the HSW Gift Shop - where we have exciting merchandise that reflects the history and culture of Washington, D.C.  We have great books such as Black Inventors and Explorers, Jewish Washington, Obama, Posing Beauty, and more.  



We have books about D.C. neighborhoods, architecture, the arts, and the military.  We carry the very popular Washington History publications from 1992 to the present.  

This gift shop also carries vintage postcards, posters, note cards and D.C. souvenirs.  Our jewelry for men and women, scarves, ponchos, paintings, and framed photography are all designed by local artists.  



Don’t forget the kids!  For their learning experience, we carry activity books, playing cards, puzzles, action figures and renewable art tattoos.
