Museum & K Street Plaza
$11,500 donation to the Historical Society of Washington, DC
$4,500 support fees including security, cleaning, engineering and on-site staff
Includes use of the Great Hall, Reception Hall, Assembly Room, Theatre, Green Room & K Street Plaza
Exhibits may be open during event with the approval of the Director of Exhibits. An additional security fee may apply. No Food or Beverage in Exhibit Areas
Standard Event timing is 6pm – 11pm. Additional hours can be contracted at $750.00 per hour. Daytime events are permitted, based on the scope of the event.
Support fees may be higher for some events.
For weddings, use of the west lawn for a 1-hour ceremony is included in the Museum & K Street Plaza rental, with approval of the Special Event Department

$8,000 donation to the Historical Society of Washington, DC
$2,000 support fees including security, cleaning, and on-site staff
Includes use of the East & West Lawns. No access inside the museum
Client must provide a generator and portable toilets suitable for their event.
Support fees may be higher for some events.
Daytime or evening events are permitted.

The Historical Society of Washington DC offers unparalleled exterior branding opportunities on the North Side of the Historical Society across the street from the convention center. There are three banner locations available. Two banners 17’x 23’ and one banner location 3’ x 20’.
